Share Give and Receive is a Rastafarian community center geolocated in Ethiopia in Wondo Genet just in front of the personal house of His Imperial Majesty HAILÉ SELASSIÉ 1ST.
We mainly work on two objectives:
1st: The unification of Rastafarians throughout the world without distinction of origins or nationality or affiliation to a mansion.
2nd: The gathering of Rastafarians from all over the world here in Ethiopia.
The first actions we took were to:
– Acquire land in front of the house of our GOD AND KING.
– Build an “All Mansions, All Nations Tabernacle” so that every Rastafarian can come and pray and perform the service regardless of their skin color, origin, nationality or affiliation with a mansion.
– Begin construction of the Repatriation and Gathering House, to welcome Rastafarians free of charge who have decided to leave Babylon to settle in Ethiopia.
By the DIVINE grace of JAH, we hope that this house will soon be habitable.
Our long-term ambition is to develop this center into a free and self-sufficient reception center in terms of energy and food as well as to develop the surrounding area into a Rastafarian eco-village that respects the environment and the local Ethiopian populations.
We chose “SHARING GIVE AND RECEIVE” as the name because of the biblical prophecy in chapter 13 verse 16 of the book of Revelations.
It says that a time will come when it will no longer be possible to buy or sell without bearing the mark of the beast.
On behalf of all those who refuse to wear this mark, we respond that when it will no longer possible to sell and buy without wearing this mark, we will continue to live by Sharing, giving and receiving freely and with love.
This is why it is forbidden to sell or buy anything inside this community center.
What we produce inside we sell it outside. What we bring from outside we share it inside.
No matter where they live, all Rastafarians have a duty to act within their means to improve the living conditions of the people and for social justice.
Here are the reasons why we are committed to the population of the village in which we are established by organizing the DUB IN JAH GARDEN FESTIVAL.
We wholeheartedly thank all those who will participate and act in carrying out the actions we are undertaking.
